A HISTORY OF EXCELLENCE

Gary Leimer Inc. began business in 1978, as an offshoot of Sanders Carpets, a large residential carpeting store from the 1960s. The owner, Gary Leimer, established his new firm to service the new and expanding market of commercial flooring until his retirement.

Over the years the firm has grown tremendously, allowing Gary Leimer, Inc. to become one of the leaders in Commercial floorcovering for Denver and the surrounding areas.

Gary Leimer Inc. can fully finance, insure and bond most projects. We are also SBE, MBE and MPMSDC certified.

We are proud to say our MOD rating is .71 and have safety programs in place for installers, drivers, and warehouse employees.

PERSONALIZED APPROACH

Our workforce can consist of up to 45 in-house installers and several quality sub-contractors, who are required to meet our stringent insurance criteria.

With over 20 office and warehouse personnel we can assist customers with samples, submittals, close outs, mobilization and storage.

Gary Leimer Inc. is experienced in many of today's flooring practices, including moisture mitigation, demo and prep; we have certified installers for all major resilient and carpet manufacturers.
